The official hotel for the Seminar is the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead . The Grand Hyatt is sold out status for sleeping rooms for the NCMS. (NOTE: The seminar is NOT sold out -- please register for the seminar if you have not yet done so.) The additional rooms arranged at the Doubletree Doubletree Hotel for the NCMS has also sold out. Additional rooms have been made available at the Marriott Courtyard.

The hotel is holding rooms for NCMS attendees
at the rate of $149 single/double. A limited
number of rooms at the prevailing government
rate (currently $115 but subject to change) are
also available for those who qualify. Pleas note that the Hotel will only offer the government rate to those who have a valid government ID, which they will ask for upon check-in. Rates do
not include tax, which currently is 14%. If necessary, NCMS will secure additional government and/or convention rate rooms at adjacent hotels. If you have difficulty with reservations, please contact Sharon or Sue at NCMS Headquarters.

If you qualify for the Govt. per diem rate, you will need to ask for that rate specifically, and acceptance will depend on availability in the block." |
The reservations cutoff date is Monday,
May 22, 2006. After that date, you are no longer
guaranteed a room, but the hotel will continue to
take reservations if they have space available.
The hotel will offer the same rate for attendees for
three days pre- and post-conference if you decide
to spend some extra time in Atlanta!
Check In/Out: Check in time is 3:00 pm and check
out time is noon.
Cancellation Policy: When making your reservation,
you will need to supply a major credit card to
guarantee a room. There is no penalty on individual
reservations canceled by 4:00 PM EST 24 hours prior to arrival date.
