How to get to the 2006 NCMS Seminar

Guest Tickets: Guests are welcome to attend any of the meal reception functions. Tickets may be purchased advance or at the registration desk during the Seminar. Tickets prices are as follows: Breakfast (Tues, Wed, or Thurs): $20; Lunch (Tues, Wed, or Thurs): $30; Welcome Reception: $25; President’s Dinner: $65
Suggested Dress: Dress for the seminar (general sessions and workshops) is business casual. Dress for the President’s Dinner on Tuesday night is semi-formal. Please note: It is difficult to regulate the temperature in hotel conference rooms so that it is comfortable for everyone. Please bring a jacket or sweater to seminar functions that can be worn when needed.

Registration Costs: To attend at member rates, 2005 dues must be paid in full. The early registration deadline is Friday, May 16, 2006. Please refer to the registration form for NCMS’ Cancellation Policy. Full registration fees include all seminar sessions, the Welcome Reception, breakfasts, luncheons, and the President’s Dinner. Fees are as follows:

  • Member Rate, early registration: $550
  • Member Rate, late registration: $600
  • Non-member Rate, early registration: $600.
  • Non-member Rate, late registration: $650

Single Day Registration includes breakfast and lunch for that day but any evening functions are an additional cost. There is no early registration discount for single day registration. Rates are available as follows:

  • Member Rate:          $200/day
  • Non-member Rate:   $225/day
