Hotel Reservations and Information for Attendees

The official hotel for the Seminar is the Foxwoods Resort Casino

Foxwoods Resort Casino consists of four distinct properties from which to choose from. Each hotel has its own distinct style, and what all four have in common is the resort's full range of amenities with superlative commitment to service. NCMS has reserved rooms in three of the properties.

• The main hotel is the Grand Pequot Tower (this is where all of the meetings will be held as well). The rate is $159/night single or double.
  
• The Great Cedar Hotel is connected to the Grand Pequot Tower via an indoor shopping/restaurant promenade and is about a 5 minute walk to the primary meeting space. There are a limited number of rooms available at this property at the rate of $145/night single or double.
  
• The newest property at Foxwoods is the MGM Grand Tower, which is due to open in May 2008. This property is also connected to the Grand Pequot Tower via a covered walkway and the rate is $159/night single or double.
  
  

The reservations cutoff date is Friday, May 30, 2008. After that date, you are no longer guaranteed a room, but the hotel will continue to take reservations if they have space available.

The hotel will offer the same rate for attendees for three days pre- and post-conference if you decide to spend some extra time in the Northeast!

Check In/Out: Check in time is 4:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 5:00pm on Sunday. Check out time is 12 Noon.

Cancellation Policy: Foxwoods' cancellation policy requires sleeping rooms be cancelled by 6:00pm on the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty. Faiure to give proper notification will result in the first night's room rate being charged to the guest.
