Wireless: Some general areas of the hotel have internet capability - in the Grand Pequot Tower, complimentary wireless access is provided in the Hotel Lobby and at the Business Center. The JPAS meeting on Monday afternoon (June 16) will have wireless capability for attendees, as will the JPAS and AIS Help Desks in the foyer during the conference (Tuesday, June 17, Wednesday, June 18, and Thursday, June 19). Foxwoods Resort Casino is pleased to offer complimentary internet access in sleeping rooms to all hotel guests. In the MGM Grand Hotel, there is complimentary wireless access. In all other properties (Grand Pequot, Great Cedar, and Two Trees), there is wired access. You will need to bring your internet cable with you in order to access the internet from your sleeping room. There will be no charge for attendees who use it during the JPAS meeting and at the Help Desks.

In-Room Refrigerators

There are complimentary refrigerators in all sleeping rooms in the Grand Pequot Tower, the Great Cedar Hotel, and the Two Trees Inn. In the MGM Grand Hotel, there are refrigerated mini-bars in each room, with minimal storage available for personal items. If you require a refrigerator during your stay at the MGM Grand, please call the front desk and request one, as they generally have a limited supply available.

How to get to the 2008 NCMS Seminar

Guest Tickets: Guests are welcome to attend any of the meal reception functions. Tickets may be purchased advance or at the registration desk during the Seminar. Tickets prices are as follows: Breakfast (Tues, Wed, or Thurs): $30; Lunch (Tues, Wed, or Thurs): $30; Welcome Reception (Monday): $50; President’s Dinner (Tuesday): $60
Suggested Dress: Dress for the seminar (general sessions and workshops) is business casual. Dress for the President’s Dinner on Tuesday night is semi-formal. Please note: It is difficult to regulate the temperature in hotel conference rooms so that it is comfortable for everyone. Please bring a jacket or sweater to seminar functions that can be worn when needed.

Registration Costs: To attend at member rates, 2008 dues must be paid in full. The early registration deadline is Friday, May 16, 2008. Please refer to the registration form for NCMS’ Cancellation Policy. Full registration fees include all seminar sessions, the Welcome Reception, breakfasts, luncheons, and the President’s Dinner. Fees are as follows:

  • Member Rate, early registration: $600
  • Member Rate, late registration: $650
  • Non-member Rate, early registration: $650.
  • Non-member Rate, late registration: $700

Single Day Registration includes breakfast and lunch for that day but any evening functions are an additional cost. There is no early registration discount for single day registration. Rates are available as follows:

  • Member Rate:          $225/day
  • Non-member Rate:   $250/day
