Wireless: Some general areas of the hotel have wireless capability. The JPAS meeting on Monday afternoon (June 18) will have wireless capability for attendees, as will the JPAS and AIS Help Desks in the foyer during the conference. The daily charge for wireless access for hotel guests is $11.95/day. There will be no charge for attendees who use it during the JPAS meeting and at the Help Desks.

Guest Tickets: Guests are welcome to attend any of the meal reception functions, based on space availability. Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the registration desk during the Seminar. Tickets prices are as follows: Breakfast (Tues, Wed, or Thurs): $20; Lunch (Tues, Wed, or Thurs): $25; Welcome Reception: $40; President’s Dinner: $55

Suggested Dress: Dress for the seminar (general sessions and workshops) is business casual. Dress for the President’s Dinner on Tuesday night is semi-formal. Please note: It is difficult to regulate the temperature in hotel conference rooms so that it is comfortable for everyone. Please bring a jacket or sweater to seminar functions that can be worn when needed.

Registration Costs: To attend at member rates, 2007 dues must be paid in full. The early registration deadline is May 18, 2007. Please refer to the registration form for NCMS’ Cancellation Policy. Full registration fees include all seminar sessions, the Welcome Reception, breakfasts, luncheons, and the President’s Dinner. Fees are as follows:

  • Member Rate, early registration: $600
  • Member Rate, late registration: $650
  • Non-member Rate, early registration: $650.
  • Non-member Rate, late registration: $700
